RE: spoon-discuss: RE: spoon-business: Proposal to introduce Prop osal Fee. |
Well, with no changes to the proposal, you get charged for a revision to an existing proposal... And getting rid of a proposal doesn't get refund the proposal fee. Mostly, the new proposal fee is for any proposal we vote on ... If we vote on it, you get charged. I think that might be a good revision to the proposal. The fee should be collected when the proposal makes it to a vote. That way, you have time to withdraw your proposal, if you want to. -----Original Message----- From: Jörg Rathlev [mailto:joerg@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, February 28, 2001 6:12 AM To: spoon-discuss@xxxxxxxxx Subject: spoon-discuss: RE: spoon-business: Proposal to introduce Proposal Fee. > I propose to remove the text "Whenever a Proposal fails, the bank is owed: > 1. the Failed Proposal Fine by the Proposal's owner" > > Then add the following text: "Whenever a proposal is submitted, > the owner of > the proposal must pay the bank the New Proposal Fee." Does this also apply to the submission of proposal revisions? What happens if a proposal is withdrawn -- does its author get a refund? Joerg
