Joel, could you revise your scoring script to calculate the debts from
each week's voting based on the award and fine values supplied?  Then with
the voting report you could post the voting debts for each week.  It would
probably save a lot of time for me, since right now I have to do it all by
hand.  This would also mean that more of my nweekly reports are submitted
on
time.
