A simple request to everyone - when you're talking about rules, can you
please either refer to them by name, or if you want to refer to them by
number, name the title somewhere (like at the top or bottom of your
message, just list which rules you reference and their numbers). It won't
take a lot of effort, and it will help those of us who haven't memorized
the numbers and text of all the rules yet ;)
