I already have a proposal for it, mostly--the proposal from Berserker 
(about two years ago) was a good one, and shouldn't require too many 
modifications. As for the bookkeeping, I was planning to do it really low 
tech--just using a text file, actually. Unless you want something really 
fancy, with tables and stuff (which I don't like--it would never display 
correctly on lynx). And graphics would just be too much work for that.
