Under Transferable Voting, at the start of the voting period, the Admin distributes to each player one Transferable Vote for each ballot item. The players can trade or do whatever they like with these votes, and then cast them on the particular items they are for. This records their vote for the round. Only one vote can be cast per token, but if you can get hold of two tokens for one proposal then there is nothing that stops you from casting two votes on that proposal. poulenc. PS.
