Just noticed that the voting page shows that neither Zagarna or Potter voted
on P331, yet they both voted publicly and voted 'yes'. This might have been
missed cos the ballot was first published as P331/1 and then corrected to
P331/0, but both players correctly voted on the correct revision. This
doesn't actually affect the outcome, but I'm sure the they are keen that
they aren't 'disenfranchised of their constitutional right to vote'.
