Um, since most of us are students, I'd be surprised if anyone were on
vacation right now. We're currently stuck firmly in the morass that is the
fall semester, and won't have a break until late this month.

Hmm. Possibly I forgot to vote. Cimonomic is my favorite...

A suggestion: when we attempted to chose a name for Berserker, people
submitted names and then ranked them in order of preference. We had a large
number of names ( >20, I think), which makes ranking more difficult. A
common complaint was that below some threshold, our preferences don't
differentiate between alternatives very well. E.g. do my preferences really
have such high resolution for me to see a difference between what I ranked
30th and 31st? Since there are relatively fewer suggestions on your list,
however, this problem might be avoidable, and a ranking may produce a
better result than it did for Berserker (which few seemed to like, though
it won), especially if you include a 'status quo' option, i.e. stick with
no name.
