Are you sure? If voting runs from the beginning of 29 October until the end 
of 31 October, that would make three, not two, days of voting.

Also, the reason I have the end of voting as 00:00:00 on 1 November instead 
of 23:59:59 on 31 October is that at 23:59:59 on 31 October there is still 
one second of voting left. Voting is an interval open on one end, and 
closed on the other: i.e, voting period = (00:00:00 30 October, 00:00:00 1 
November]
