Many thanks to The Kid for the clock script he wrote. Unfortunately, I 
realized this evening that since it's run on the client side, the accuracy 
of its output is entirely dependent on whether the client has a 
correctly-set system clock. So, I converted the script to Perl and am now 
using it as a server-side include (thanks to God for that idea [heh, that 
sounds funny, though not intentionally]). Also, this has the advantage of 
displaying if you're using Lynx, too (Josh does a lot, I think), since it's 
just text.
