Turn 3

Note on Displays after Turn 2. In displays where Phil tried to move up, he fell into a hole (off the board since he is so close to the bottom already) and so was reset to his initial position (e.g. nothing happened globally). In some displays BP tried to move up but hit a wall so didn't actually move.
 
I Turn the Field.
 
Sleepers: Ivan, Phil
 
Wakers: Charles, Billy, j
 
I move up. Weee springboard!!!
