[s-b] Proposal: send in the Spin Doctors

I propose the following:

Create a rule reading:
  {
All Game Objects have a Spin. Any action which creates a game object
must specify its Spin; no Game Object can have its spin changed except
as specified by the rules. No Game Object can directly modify any Game
Object whose Spin is directly opposite its own, nor can any Player
possess any Game Object which has Spin directly opposite eir own.

The possible Spins are:
Up, which is opposite Down
Down, which is opposite Up
Truth, which is opposite Beauty
Beauty, which is opposite Truth
Charm, which is opposite Strange
Strange, which is opposite Charm
  }

Set the Spin of all rules to Truth, of all Players to Strange, of all
Proposals to Up, and of all other currently-extant Game Objects to
Down.
