I submit the following Motion:

The Roster is hereby modified so that, at the time this Motion was
made, only those persons who had made reasonably clear attempts to
perform Game Actions in the year 2012 were Players, and no other
entities were Players.

The adoption of this Motion should not be construed to affect any
events after its submission that may have caused any Player to cease
to be a Player, nor any which caused another entity to become a
Player.
