I don't; it hasn't been acknowledged by enough players.

By my count, we have 4 (Wooble, Hose, Codae, Murphy) out of 10
(possibly 9; compsciguy removed emself from the roster on the wiki and
e attempted to "deregister", but the CFI on eir playerhood was never
resolved.) We need at least one more player, possibly 2, to recognize
an Emergency.

Or we can just brute-force it.

I submit the following CFI:

problem is that a majority of the players aren't playing attention is
a Bad Thing. So let's weed out the people who haven't posted to the
