As the GM, I exercise my Powers of Executive Tidiness to modify Rule 9.

Rule 9 stated that the instructions for using the dice bot at dice@xxxxxxxxx 
were at http://www.bnomic.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/HowToRollDice. This is incorrect. 
Rule 9 has been modified so that it now points to the instructions at 
http://dice.nomic.net/email.html.
