Okay...I'm not sure that's possible but I'll consider it a special case of revision. Proposal 2047/0 is revised to Proposal 2047/1, destroying it (or at least disqualifying it from the ballot).

I recognize this revision. Proposal 2048/0 is revised to 2048/1.
