Today is Thirnight, not Zarpint.
David ended when UTC became 00:00:00, July 8. At that point in time, the ballots
had not been distributed, so the Clock turned Off (Rule 17, Section C, Paragraph
4). The day was Zarpint.
At approx. 17:53:28, July 8 (UTC), the ballots were distributed and all
proposals on it were available for public review, so the Clock turned back On
(Rule 17, Section C, Paragraph 4). The day was Zarpint.
At 00:00:00, July 9 (UTC), it became Thirnight (Rule 3, Paragraph 2).
As outlined above, the Clock is wrong and I request that it be corrected.
