In the interests of cleaning up vestigial rules with no further purpose to the gamestate, I submit the following proposal entitled Appendicitis:

  Repeal Rule 80.
  Repeal Rule 25.
  In Rule 49, remove the following sentences: "Players who have every Dimension at 0 are said to be at the Origin. The Origin is Full Of Stars."
