Re: [s-b] Let's fix this game |
I hereby resolve the emergency decision. Murphy voted for JamesB's refresh proposal. All other PEPs did not vote. JamesB's refresh proposal received one vote and is the only refresh proposal in this decision so James'B' refresh proposal is selected and takes effect. The nday is currently 10 and the nweek currently 164. Voting is open on proposals 2012 to 2019 and only two players have voted so far (those votes still count). I believe previous ballots I have posted satisfy the requirement in rule 17 so the clock turns on. > From: bnomic@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Date: Thu, 1 Apr 2010 18:10:21 -0500 > To: spoon-business@xxxxxxxxx > Subject: Re: [s-b] Let's fix this game > > I publicly object to every statement in the below quoted message: > > On Apr 1, 2010, at 4:01 PM, Sean Hunt wrote: > > > WHEREAS Rule 22 allows Rules to authorize Rule Changes implicitly, and > > WHEREAS Rule 10 does not apply to actions taken within the scope of the Rules taken as a whole, and > > WHEREAS Rule 45 describes a method by which Rules can be changed, satisfying Rule 10, > > BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED THAT: > > > > I assume the vacant Ministry of Default. > > > > I state that there is NO ONGOING EMERGENCY DECISION. > > I state that Rule 3 READS AS FOLLOWS: > > {{There exist two entities known as The Clock and The Watch.
