I submit a proposal:
  Title:
    "Give our Wine gnomes back their lives!"
  Body:
    Replace the text of Rule 65/2 Section B Subsection 10 with the text:
      "There exist Gnomes of type Champange. Champange Gnomes have 3 hit points. Champange Gnomes may be squeezed by the
player holding them at the cost of one of their hit points to produce
a Glass of Champagne, the drinking of which immediately destroys the
Glass. When a Champagne Gnome runs out of hit points, it becomes a
Glass of Champagne. Glasses of Champagne are alcoholic beverages."
    and change the title of the aforementioned subsection to "Champagne Gnomes". [[This clears up the ambiguities and Gnome type mistakes in this subsection.]]
    For every Gnome of the type Wine, create a Gnome of the type Champange in the same square, or in the possession of the owner of the Wine Gnome. Destroy all Gnomes of the type Wine. [[This replaces all Wine Gnomes with Champagne Gnomes.]]
