I forgot about that and, as its an NoV, it didn't come up when I checked my inbox for CFJs. The rules don't require me to assign the numbers in any particular order so the assignments still stand but I'll assign the NoV a number now.

I announce that the Notice of Violation submitted by Teucer on Thu, 5 Nov 2009 at 12:25:25 was valid and was contested by Walker on Thu, 5 Nov 2009 at 18:22:44. A criminal case is therefore initiated and it is CFJ 26. I assign CFJ 26 to Judge Wooble.
