[s-b] Bureaucrat Straw Poll

I initiate a straw poll to decide who we should ask Joel to make into
Bureaucrats on the B wiki. (b.nomic.net)
The valid options are the active players and PRESENT. When voting on
this straw poll, do not vote for the same player more than once; such
votes are INVALID. (Vote for three different players.)  The eligible
voters are the active players, each with a voting limit of 3. I am the
vote collector.

The winners of the election will be the three players who receive the
most votes.
If there is a tie, voting will restart with the players with less
votes disqualified.

If you do not wish to be a Bureaucrat, please publicly state so;
players who have done so will not be counted in the resolution of this
decision, which will be in 7 days, or when every active player has
voted.
