I initiate an election for the Notary office, nominating myself.
As MoM, I plan to start elections sometime in the next two weeks for
each office which:
1. Has not had a weekly report published in the past three weeks, or
2. Is a high priority office, or
3. Has not had an election since the elections immediately after the
last emergency.
