I submit the following proposal: {{ II Increase (AI = 1, II = 1) In Rule 2153, replace An entity's interest index is an integer from 0 to 3, default value 1. with: An entity's interest index is an integer from 0 to 5, default value 1. }} >> Particles CAN be combined as allowed by the laws of physics, and the >> first player to make some uranium wins.
