The following proposal constitutes the Anarchist's weekly duties. Pointless AI=2, II=1 (( Repeal Rule 2197 (Points) Repeal Rule 2136 (Contests) Repeal Rule 2232 (Contest Axes) Repeal Rule 2233 (Awarding and Revoking Points) Repeal Rule 2243 (Champion's Contests) Repeal Rule 2234 (Rewarding Contestmasters) Repeal Rule 2287 (Win by High Score) Amend Rule 2199 (Ribbons) by removing the point labeled (+Y) If Rule 2126 still exists, amend it by removing the points labeled (C) and (C#), renumbering any lists accordingly.
