 I vote for myself in the Ambassador, Conductor and Insulator elections, and
refuse my nominations for all other offices.

For each office for which I am not a candidate, I cast a conditional vote,
voting to ENDORSE the player who, through eir own votes, players who endorse
em and other conditional voting chains, gets me the most votes in the
Ambassador, Conductor and Insulator elections.

If the above conditional vote fails, I endorse Wooble in all elections that
I have not yet voted in.
