I submit the following Proposal, Titled "Player Attributes"

Change the title of the rule "Active Players" to "Player Attributes"

Change the text of rule "Player Attributes to the following:

===Active Players===

The group of players that currently possess the Active property may be
called the Active Players.

At the beginning of each nweek, the players that voted in the previous nweek
gain the "Active" property, the players that failed to vote in the previous
nweek lose the "Active" property.


===(In)finity===


There is an Attribute (In)finity with a Scope of all Players, a Range of
Infinite or Finite and a Default Value of Finite. A Player may, as a Game
Action, change his (In)finity to Infinite. When a Player's Win Count
increases, their (In)finity changes to Finite.


===Excitation===


There is an Attribute Excitation with a Scope of all Players, a Range of
Ground or Rydberg and a Default Value of Ground. A Player may, as a Game
Action, change his Excitation to Rydberg. On nday 1 all Excitations change
to Ground.
