I believe the Ruleset platonically includes the Rule archived at

I also believe that it's fairly unclear who the Administrator is, so I
hereby attempt to organize the Emergency Procedure.

I designate spoon-business@xxxxxxxxx as the Emergency Forum.

I am initializing the Pause.


It might be wise to wait a while before issuing a Call to Order to get
the timing aligned; an old style emergency takes longer than a State
of Unrest.
