Proto-Proposal:  Division of labor

Create a rule titled "The Officer of Society" with this text:

      The Officer of Society (OSo) is an Elected Officer. The OSo is
      responsible for keeping track of players.

Amend these rules by replacing each instance of "Administrator" with
"Officer of Society":

  * 203 (The Roster)
  * 210 (Motion to Add Players)

Create a rule titled "The Officer of the Law" with this text:

      The Officer of the Law (OLa) is an Elected Officer. The OLa is
      responsible for keeping track of the rules.

Create a rule titled "The Officer of Legislation" with this text:

      The Officer of Legislation (OLe) is an Elected Officer. The OLe
      is responsible for keeping track of live motions.

Amend these rules by replacing each instance of "Administrator" with
"Officer of Legislation":

  * 228 (Recognition of Motions)

Create a rule titled "The Officer of Voting" with this text:

      The Officer of Voting (OV) is an Elected Officer. The OV is
      responsible for keeping track of votes on live motions.

Amend these rules by replacing each instance of "Administrator" with
"Officer of Voting":

  * 201 (The Ballot)
  * 225 (Vote Counting)
  * 226 (Voting)

If no rule has the title "The Officer of Supreme Justice", then
create a rule with that title and this text:

      The Officer of Supreme Justice (OSJ) is an Elected Officer. The
      OSJ is responsible for recognising RFJ's, selecting Judges and
      recusing Judges.

Create a rule titled "The Officer of Scorekeeping" with this text:

      The Officer of Scorekeeping (OSc) is an Elected Officer. The OSc
      is responsible for keeping track of the number of point objects
      currently owned by each Agent.

Amend these rules by replacing each instance of "Administrator" with
"Officer of Scorekeeping":

  * 122 (Post-Win Reset)
  * 211 (Winning)
