I submit the following Tweak:
{All proposals listed as Open in the Ballot distributed by the
Chairman during the current nweek are Open, and have a voting period
ending at the end of this nweek.}
I intend, without objection, to activate the above Tweak.
I ask the Minister of Change to make the decision I believe to be
correct of including things submitted last nweek (before the clock
tweak); the point of tweaking the ballot into correctness is to remove
the ambiguity about the status of those proposals.
