I submit the following Tweak, { In rule 5e10, replace the sentence "No
rule, game document, or game action may require or force any retroactive
changes to the game state." with "No rule, game document, or game action
may require, force, cause, or permit any retroactive changes to the game
state." }

I intend to activate the above Tweak.
