I propose a new rule is created with title Heads Asplode and reading:
A squared player may, at any time, post to the Forum a message indicating that they intend to cause their head to asplode (using the definition supplied by http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Asplode). They lose all their health, but deal damage to all players resident to that square and the squares around it equal to half their health. All the asploding player's items and all those of the players resident in the squares specified above are destroyed.
This rule takes precedence over Rule 5E49.
