I ZOT this Consultation because submitting a statement along with "true or
false" fit really really awkwardly into the "is <statement> true?" framework
that is in the current rule.

I invite the Supplicant to resubmit this Consultation as a sentence, and
also to directly ask whether or not ehird (whom you may want to name as
unbeliever) contravened Rule 58. As it is currently phrased (referring to
the message rather than to the alleged offender), I'm not conviced that it
could possibly result in a  punishment (if that's what you're after).
