[s-b] Destroying Macks

Part of Rule 5E29
Read this:
"Any Legal Entity may destroy any amount of mackerel in their
possession as a

Game Action."Does that mean, that if someone lends you, say m20, and you already have m10, you can destroy m30 (m20 of which is THEIR money, remember), without their consultation?I propose a new rule (5E29A): "Any Legal Entity may, at any point, choose to lend any other Legal Entity any amount of any currency lesser than or equal to the amount of that currency in their possession. This becomes the property of the party that is lent the money. However, the party that is lent the currency then becomes the Owner of an object with name Loan, three variables, and one switch. This switch is titled Ownable, and defaults to On. The first variable is titled Currency, and names the currency lent. The second variable is titled Amount, and details the amount of Currency lent. If the lent party pays the amount of the type of currency (stated in the variable Currency) (stated in the variable Amount) to the lending party, the object Loan is destroyed. This can also
happen if the lending party gives their full consent that the object Loan is destroyed. The third variable is entitled Lender, and details the name of the lending party."
I also propose that the above part of Rule 5E29 is changed to read "Any Legal Entity may destroy any amount of mackerel in their
possession as a

Game Action. However, if the party has an Object named Loan, they must pay all of it back before destroying any money, unless they have the full consent of the lending party."There. That should be enough.
