Amend Rule 5E14 by adding after:
{
If the nday would be set to a value greater than 12, instead it is set
to 1, the nweek is incremented by 1, and the Clock becomes Off.
}
the text:
{
Any Player can turn the Clock On as a Game Action, but shall not do so
except as permitted by the rules.
}
