I submit this Refresh Proposal titled "Reboot." {

Repeal all Rules and destroy all gamestate except the Players on the 
current Public Display, who will be considered Players under the 
following rule:

Create a new Rule 1 {{

The official forum for all actions in the game of B Nomic is 
spoon-business@xxxxxxxxx .

A Homo Sapien may become a Player by indicating a unique Name they wish 
to register under.

A Player may submit a Proposal to the forum at any time to suggest 
changes to the state of the game or its rules.

Players may vote or revote For or Against each Proposal.

72 hours after a Proposal is submitted, if it has received more For than 
Against final votes, the game is modified as the Proposal specified.
