When we last refreshed. From the current rule 4e70:

{A contract must specify means by which a party may cease to be bound
that contract. No contract may restrict any party from ceasing to be
bound by that contract, except insofar as the party has outstanding
obligations bestowed by that specific contract.}

...wait, the means don't have to be posts to the PF. I join the
following contract:

{teucer may cease to be a party to this contract by delivering five
pounds of chocolate to the Minister of Business.}
