I request to become a Player, known by the name "Rev. Ignoratio Elenchi, KSC".

I submit the following Consultation: {{Rev. Ignoratio Elenchi, KSC is
a Player.}}

Arguments: Rule 4E4 says that a Player is an Outsider (not an External
Force), but that an External Force that isn't a Player and hasn't been
one in the current or previous nweek can become a Player.  Qua
external force, I am not and have never within the past 2 nweeks been
a Player, although an Outsider representing me may have been one if
becoming a Player was in fact possible when my Outsider purportedly
became one.

I name ehird and ais523 as the group of players responsible for my
desire to join the game.
