[s-b] contract cleanup

I leave the Internomic Investment Bank contract. This causes it to
cease to be a contract in Agora (it's still a B Contract).

I stop agreeing to Fight Arena Mark 2.

I intend, without objection, to terminate the Welcoming Committee contract.
