I agree to the following contract:  {{{
  j and Murphy can join this contract; no one else can.  j can
  act on Murphy's behalf to revise the text of Murphy's proposal
  "There is no fork".  This contract cannot be amended.  This
  contract terminates when either j or Murphy announces to a B
  Public Forum that it does (or that e terminates it, etc.).
