Proposal:  Objectivism

Amend Rule 4E21 (Objecting) by replacing this text:

      A rule may give a different time that must elapse before a
      specific action occurs without objection, and in that case, that
      rule takes precedence and the Player has two ndays following the
      required elapsed time to perform the Action.

with this text:

      The document allowing the action can specify a different time
      window, but it cannot begin less than 2 ndays after announcing
      intent, nor end more than 14 ndays after.

Proposal:  Grassroots

Amend Rule 4E22 (Supporting) by replacing this text:

      A rule may give a different time that must elapse before a
      specific action fails without support, and in that case, that Rule
      takes precedence.

with this text:

      The document allowing the action can specify a different time
      window, but it cannot allow more than 7 ndays for support to be
      achieved, nor more than 7 ndays after support is achieved for the
      action to be performed.
