now 7 (as the ndelay is 7) even if the front page of the wiki thinks
otherwise. Since j hasn't told us which RP won, I hereby tally the
votes as follows:

Votes for Charles: teucer, Charles
Votes for comex: comex
Votes for teucer: BP, ais523

I eliminate comex. Second round:

Votes for 0x44: j, 0x44
Votes for Charles: teucer, Charles, comex
Votes for teucer: BP, ais523

I randomly eliminate either myself or 0x44. If I eliminated myself:

votes for 0x44: j, 0x44, BP, ais523
votes for Charles: teucer, Charles, comex

0x44 wins.

If I eliminate 0x44:

votes for Charles: teucer, Charles, comex
Votes for teucer: BP, ais523, j

I randomly eliminate somebody; the other one wins.

This gives us a 50% chance of me being eliminated and 0x44 winning, a
25% chance of 0x44 being eliminated and then me being eliminated so
Charles wins, and a 25% chance of 0x44 being eliminated and then
Charles being eliminated so that I win.
