The Corporation "J's Holding Company" becomes bound to the Contract "J's 
Holding Company".

I modify the Contract "J's Holding Company", replacing its text with:

This Contract is the Articles of Incorporation for the Corporation "J's 
Holding Company", herein referenced as the Company. The Officers of the 
Company are the set of all Legal Entities. Except when expressedly 
allowed by this Contract, no Legal Entity may modify this Contract or 
perform any action on behalf of the Company.

Any Officer, however, may make any desired changes to this contract 
and/or perform any desired actions on behalf of the Company via Public 
Forum, if the message contains a passphrase whose MD5 hash is in the 
final five lines of this Contract and that passphrase has not been 
previously posted.

J may cease to be bound by this Contract and remove this sentence.
