I hereby announce the contracted THIRD ACTIVATION of the United Nomic 
DEAD groups (the UNDEAD).  

Alethiologers and Anemocrats will resubscribe to their usual fora,
links have been checked.

I further declare this a Full threat-level activation.  As such,
completion of full activation for the duration of the contracted term
will terminate previous obligations.
