Some notes on B Nomic Emergency:

(Hi Agora!)

1. I hope you Agorans have some sort of mechanism in place (something like
our anti-spam rule) to punish ehird for this ;-)

2. agora-business is NOT a Public Forum of B Nomic. Only posts pertaining to
the Emergency should be sent to agora-business for it to be valid. Posts
related to other aspects of the game should still be sent to spoon-business,
the only place where they are valid.

3. Non-Emergency Game Actions, posted to spoon-business, ARE still valid!
The game has not stopped. Only game time (ndays, rdays, ndelays) has
stopped, so anything time-sensitive (including any actions set to occur at
absolute dates/times) will not go forward. That said, they can still be
initiated, and instantaneous Game Actions can very well be taken.

4. THIS IS FUN!
