[s-b] To Do List (and CHALLENGES)

 Following is a list of state changes that ought to be implemented by the
respective parties. Those lists that are for Ministries are explicit
challenges to those Ministries' Public Displays, and must be answered in
four rdays to protect against Usurpation.

Ministry of Ministries: The MoM is supposed to keep on his Public Display
each Ministry's responsibilities, as per Rule 51.

Ministry of Society: The competition for the MotW and B Nomic National
Anthem is still open. There are two entries, but one has yet to be chosen by
the MoS. LASD is no longer a player, as per his resignation Sept 4th.

Ministry of Business: 3 things: ONE>> The IIB Contract was amended to
properly be the Articles of the IIB. (See IIB amendment, Aug. 30) TWO>>
Brown, Burnt Sienna, Beige, Burgundy Corporations' articles have changed.
They now need their own page(s). They are all parties to the Internomic
Investment Bank, insomuch that "causing to join" is a valid way for CEO
Wooble to make them parties to it. See "RE: corporate motions," Sept. 8th.
THREE>> RecursionCorp was created, now has m2. (It should be noted that it
is its own Officer.)

Ministry of Law: The Criminal Offenses Law was reenacted. Also, the rule
about Usurping Ministries and the rule about Transactions were changed via
Oracularity.

Ministry of Questions: The most recent Consultation on Wooble's playerness
was answered either by Billy Pilgrim or by Wooble zotting it. Again it was
submitted, assigned the same number, and answered by Billy Pilgrim, so that
his answer was made official in all Woobleverses. (Both answered
consultations were claimed consistent.)

Ministry of Laundry: There are no colored proposals anymore.

Black Corporation: Update display: Ty-Guy6 is no longer Taskmaster, several
things were decided by Wooble's playerness. Ty-Guy6's BlackMin Contracts
were dissolved.
