I submit the following Contract:

This Contract declares itself to be the Articles of Incorporation of RecursionCorp.

The Officer of RecursionCorp is the party to this Contract whose most recent instance of becoming bound by this Contract was earlier than that of any other party to this Contract.

If, at any time, RecursionCorp has mackerel greater than 0, and there exists a Player whose name is Codae, the Officer is obligated to transfer this mackerel to the Player named Codae.

Any party to this Contract may cease to be bound by it at any time, and any Legal Entity that is not a party to this Contract may become bound by it at any time.

As Officer of RecursionCorp, and on behalf of it, I cause RecursionCorp to become bound to the above Contract.

I cease to be bound by the above Contract.

I transfer m1 to RecursionCorp.
