[s-b] Civil Service, Internomic Bank Amendments

I intend, with the consent of a majority of Vogons, to amend the
Agoran Civil Service Union contract to add Grand Poobah to the
schedule of officer salaries with a salary of 30 ningis.

I intend, without 3 objections, to amend the Agoran Civil Service
Union contract to add, at the end of section 4: "The maximum FINE
amount for ningis is 10."


With my own consent as majority pobble bead holder, I amend the
Internomic Investment Bank contract to add, at the end of section 4:
"The maximum FINE amount for FPB is 2."
