Re: [s-b] [s-d] CBSG |
He is trying to appease us, I see :-) I will not resolve my first Motion. As a Voting Sockholder of the Black Corporation, I post the following slightly different Motion: { Amend this Corporation's Articles of Incorporation to read as follows: {{ 1. This contract is the Articles of Incorporation for the anti-corporate corporation officially known as the Black Corporation, which may also legally be referred to as the Chicago Black Sox Guerrilla. 2. Members of this contract are known as Minds (s. Prole). Any Potential Sockholder that holds at least one Black sock automatically becomes a Prole. Any Prole which does not hold at least one Black sock ceases to be a Prole. 3. Each Prole holds a single Marainian Phlub Bead. 4. Any Prole may post a Motion by announcement. The Motion is a Game Document and should specify a list of Contract Actions, which may include but are not limited to amendment of this Contract. 5. Each Prole may vote FOR, AGAINST, or ABSTAIN on this contract's Motions, the number of votes cast by each Prole being equal to the number of Marainian Phlub Beads e holds. A Prole named in a Motion of Banishment may not vote on this Motion. 6. A Motion is automatically resolved once all Proles have voted on it. When a Motion is resolved, if the total number of FOR votes is greater than three times the total number of ABSTAIN votes and there are no AGAINST votes, or if there are no AGAINST votes and no more than one ABSTAIN vote, the changes described in the Motion are enacted. 6. Any Potential Sockholder who is not the Supreme Metabanker of any other Corporation or whose name does not appear on the Banishment List (see below) may purchase a Black sock owned by this corporation by paying the Issue Price to the corporation. 7. This corporation has three Officers, known as Minds, who may take B Nomic Game Actions, without Objection from any Prole, act on behalf of the Chicago Black Sox Guerrilla. All Minds must be Proles, and Minds may cease to be Minds by resigning, by being Recalled, or by ceasing to be Proles. Initially, these Offices are vacant. 8. The following are Contract Actions: - Amendment - A change to the Articles of Incorporation - Installation - Causing a specific Prole to become holder of a specific Office in this Corporation - Recall - Causing a specific Officer to cease holding a specific Office in this Corporation - Issue - Creating a number of Black socks in the possession of this Corporation - Buyback - Specifying a number of XXX socks and a buyback price. The CEO of this Corporation is then authorized to purchase the specified number of Black socks each at or less than the Buyback price on behalf of the Corporation - Deissue - Causing any number of XXX socks held by the Corporation to be destroyed - Dividend - Causing the Corporation to transfer an equal number of macks to the owner of each Black sock (with the exception of those Black socks owned by this Corporation - Adjustment - A change to the Issue Price - Split - For each current Black sock, causing a Black sock to be created and given to its owner - Authorization - Enabling and obligating an Officer of this Corporation to perform a specific act not otherwise specified above on behalf of this Corporatio - Banishment - Causing a Prole to cease being a Prole. That Prole's Black Socks are transferred to this Corporation and his name is added to the Banishment List below. Banishment of a Prole may not be included alongside any other Contract Actions (including Banishment of another Prole) within a Motion, but must be included singly in a Motion of Banishment. - Pardon - Removing a Potential Sockholder's name from the Banishment List. 9. The current issue price is: m1. 10. The current Banishment List follows: }} } I Vote FOR the above Motion.
