[s-b] Rule change proposals: Competition in the Sock Market

<New Rule Proposal 1> 
 
I propose the creation of a new Rule.  This proposal has a Proposal Color of Black:
 
   Title:   Mortal Enemies
   Body:   There is an attribute named Mortal Enemy with a Scope of all Socks, with a Range of the names of all Sock Colors plus "Blank", and a Default Value of Blank.  A Sock Color named in the Mortal Enemy attribute of a sock is said To Be the Mortal Enemy of that sock.  As a Game Action, a player may spend a Bucketful of mackerel to change the Mortal Enemy attribute of all Socks of a given Sock Color to any valid Mortal Enemy value, subject to the following conditions:

*	
	No Sock Color can have more than one Mortal Enemy at a time.
*	
	Any Sock Color can only be the Mortal Enemy of at most one other Sock Color.
*	
	No Sock Color can have its Mortal Enemy changed more frequently than once every Few ndays.
*	
	All Socks with the same Sock Color always have the same Mortal Enemy, or no Mortal Enemy at all.

<Rule Modification Proposal 1>

I propose the modification of rule 4E69: Dividends as follows.  This proposal has a Proposal Color of Black:

	
*	Replace "No Player may make more than one such change per nday." with "No proposal may have its color changed more than once every Handful of ndays"
*	Append following text to rule:  "When a Proposal with a given Sock Color Fails, each Sock whose Mortal Enemy is the same as the Proposal's Proposal Color increases its Sockholder's mackerel by m10. "

This proposal Depends on New Rule Proposal 1 above.

I propose the modification of rule 4E80: Laundress as follows.  This proposal has a Proposal Color of Blue:

*	Replace "including the color of proposals. " with "including the color of proposals and the Mortal Enemy of each color of Sock."

This proposal Depends on New Rule Proposal 1 above.
