Citizens of B,

I trust you all remember that it was one entire nyear tomorrow that the
foreign nomic Agora, known by all for its distasteful interventionism,
capitulated in the face of B's might.

In commemoration, it is customary for our beloved Foreign Minister [[those
ministry reward macks won't come THAT easy, Charles :-) ]] to send the
Agorans a mildly offensive communiqué.
